Capranea proudly opened its first full time boutique in beautiful Vail, Colorado, during the 2023/2024 ski season.
As a proudly Swiss and family owned brand, it would make sense that our first store be located in the Klosters region of Switzerland where our founder, Marc Haensli spends much of his time. As it is the region that is the Swiss heartbeat of our brand, it’s critical we find the right location which we are actively working on and not rush it. That said many of our Global Executives live in Vail, Colorado and so when the opportunity presented itself for Capranea to open a store in one of the world’s premium resorts, in a fantastic location, true to our entrepreneurial spirits we jumped at the opportunity.
Yes! We have a strategic roadmap that we are currently working against with the goal and objective to have a handful of high end boutiques in many of the top global resorts in the foreseeable future.

Orders are processed at our warehouse within 48-72 hours of order receipt, Mon - Fri. Orders ship via ground delivery and depending on your location can take 3-7 business days to arrive via the carrier.
All Capranea orders receive free shipping. At checkout, you will also be offered the option to select expedited delivery options for a fee.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an update with your tracking number.
Yes! We offer an in store pickup option at our Vail, Colorado location. Simply select ‘pickup Capranea Vail’ at checkout. Orders placed will be available for pickup 48 hours after the order was received. Please note that the store cannot accept returns and you must follow the online return process.
We encourage our customers to first check their junk email in the event they haven’t received a confirmation and/or tracking. Upon tracking your package, if it shows there is a delay with the carrier, unfortunately the delay is out of our control and we ask you to contact the carrier directly as we are unable to provide any better information than what the tracking portal shows. You can always contact us via the contact page online with further questions.
We are currently selling direct to consumers online in Switzerland and the United States.
Items that are purchased can be considered for return within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Any item that is approved for return, but is received more than 30 days after the order receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
We only accept returns for orders placed through our website.
